By this lesson we continue to learn the important elements of the eighth palm of Baguazhang. In Chinese called TUI MO Zhang. This lesson is Intermedium Level and it is more difficult than Beginner.

This lesson will help you to improve the right shaping of the eighth palm.

Recommendation:

Repeat the movements diligently. Try to perform them as closely as possible to what you see on the screen. You can check yourself in front of a mirror.

We strongly recommend to move on the next ADVANCED level only when you are able to do everything from this lesson efficiently and easily.
