Description
This lesson continues your study of the second palm of Baguazhang — Tuo Tian Zhang — and deepens the work you began in the first session. Here you refine the shaping principles, improve coordination, and strengthen the physical mechanics unique to this palm.
The exercises introduce slightly more complex trajectories and structural demands. They help your body better understand the intent, direction, and internal organization behind Tuo Tian Zhang, while still remaining accessible for the Novice level. You will gradually develop cleaner structure, smoother transitions, and more confident movement quality.
As with all lessons in our accelerated learning system, the training combines traditional Baguazhang requirements with modern teaching methods, allowing you to progress quickly without losing the precision and depth of traditional practice.
This lesson is part of the Second Palm of Baguazhang — Level Novice set (3 lessons). You can buy each lesson separately, but choosing the complete set gives you a much better price.
The full set is included in the larger 24‑lesson Baguazhang program, covering all eight palms through progressive levels.
How to train: Repeat each movement with focus and attention to detail. Follow the instructor closely and use a mirror when possible to maintain clean structure and correct alignment. If you need additional rest, simply pause the video and continue when ready.
Move to the Novice Advanced level only when this material feels stable, coordinated, and easy to perform.
Consult your doctor before starting any training program.
