Description
A sharp, focused and highly technical 10‑minute routine designed to improve your kicking mechanics, balance, coordination and striking precision. This session includes a series of clean, effective drills used by professional kickboxers to refine technique, activate the hips and legs, and build real fight‑ready control.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach shows each drill, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a fast, technical session that challenges your legs, core and coordination without requiring much space or equipment.
Work with focus. Keep your guard tight. If you need a short rest, pause and continue when ready — but the long‑term goal is to complete the full 10 minutes smoothly and with clean technique.
