Description
A compact, intense and highly focused 8‑minute routine designed to build endurance, strength and stability in your hands, forearms and upper‑body striking chain. This session uses simple but highly effective drills that develop grip endurance, wrist control and punching stability — ключевые качества для kickboxing, Muay Thai и Sanda.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach shows each exercise, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a fast, targeted routine that loads your hands and forearms without requiring equipment or much space.
Work with clean form and steady rhythm. If you need a short rest, pause and continue when ready — but aim to complete the full 8 minutes smoothly and without breaks.
