Description
This is the fifth session in the series of solo preparatory trainings of the Slow Fighting Method — the Skilled (Intermediate) level. At this stage the practice becomes more dynamic: alongside technical strikes and combinations, you begin working with more complex footwork and transitional movement. The session develops coordination, timing, and structural integrity while moving through space, teaching you how to maintain precision and fluidity even in more demanding patterns. This level prepares your body for advanced technical integration and higher‑intensity work in the Skilled Advanced stage.
