Master of Kung Fu and Qigong, fifth-generation custodian of the inner baguazhang style traditions, certified in China. Trained many times in China under the guidance of Master Di Guoyun, trained at the Wudang Martial Arts Academy.
She is an expert in internal styles of kung fu, meditation, working with traditional weapons (long sword, spear, fan, Dao sword, paired deer hornes swords).
He is a specialist in massage and rehabilitation and a nutrition consultant. She works in the direction of functional training, stretching, crossfit and personal training.
I have two higher educations: BSUFK (speciality “trainer in USHU”) and BSTU (speciality “Technology of electrochemical productions”). I started coaching in 2006.
My acquaintance and interest in Wushu began, as I think many people do, with watching martial arts movies. All of us, when we were kids, watched with open mouths our invincible heroes with supernatural abilities (up to the fact that they could even fly) and always stood on the side of good. Who among us back then didn’t dream of becoming as “cool” as they were!
I had a great desire to train, but the questions were “WHERE to study?” and “WHERE to get my kung fu knowledge?” In my childhood there was no chance to download a movie, there were no Wushu classes in our small town, and literature on the subject was very hard to find. But as they say, you can always find what you’re looking for! I was lucky: the magazine “Zdorovie” had a section “Health-improving systems of the Far East”, where in big letters “Wushu-hymnastics for Everyone” was written. That’s where my first steps into the wonderful world of Wushu began!
After I went to university, I started to study Wushu. I didn’t manage to get into the UDE club right away, but when I did, I stayed in it to this day. Because everyone here is one big family, where everyone is always ready to help each other. And coach Artishevsky Maxim, a true lover of his job, not just teaches the art of war, but also tries to instill a parallel martial virtue – “ude. After all, martial morality has always been the most important discipline in the Chinese warrior community. Therefore, before learning any martial technique, the student must understand the issues of morality.
Then I traveled to China, attended numerous international seminars and training courses, and became acquainted with various Masters of Martial Arts. I repeatedly trained at the Wudang Academy of Martial Arts, studied Taijiquan, Qigong and meditation. An especially important moment in my life was the meeting with the famous Chinese Master Di Guoyun, the keeper of the traditions of Baguazhang and Xingyiquan styles. Meeting him revealed the true essence of kung fu training. Repeatedly attended seminars and long practices in China under the guidance of the Master.

In 2014, she was initiated into the inheritor of the fifth generation baguazhang style traditions in the presence of many famous Masters in China.
Master Di Guoyun often says, “Practice a lot!” If you resolutely and persistently, regardless of any difficulties, practice and hone your kung fu from day to day, not forgetting the principles of morality – you will succeed. Patience, practice and time will bring about change.
“Martial morals breed great mentors, and great Masters grow out of hardships.”
Real martial art is not only an effective fighting technique, but also a system of comprehensive health improvement. It is a whole world that gives us the opportunity to be strong, healthy and beautiful! And what is important, it gives us the opportunity to look inside ourselves and improve ourselves. And it is a very amazing process.
I am 100% sure that no matter if you are a man or a woman, True Kung Fu is necessary for all of us!
