Description
This level of Baguazhang second palm training is an important trait before moving on to the next palm or to a new training level. If you do all the exercises in this workout easily and correctly, then your physical condition and level of preparedness are sufficient to move to the SKILLED level.

Recommendation:
Repeat the movements diligently. Try to perform them as closely as possible to what you see on the screen. You can check yourself in front of a mirror.
We strongly recommend to move on the next level only when you are able to do everything from this lesson efficiently and easily.
This workout is going not to be easy, so remember – if you need any additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume once your muscles have had a chance to briefly recover and you feel you are ready to move on.
