Description
We continue to learn the basic elements of the Shaolin fist. In Chinese called Shaolinquan. This training is Intermedium Level and it is more difficult than Beginner.
Recommendation: Repeat the movements diligently. Try to perform them as closely as possible to what you see on the screen. You can check yourself in front of a mirror.
We strongly recommend to move on the next ADVANCED level only when you are able to do everything from this lesson efficiently and easily.
Remember – if you need any additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume when you will be ready.
Don’t forget to consult your doctor before training.
Level: Novice Intermediate
No equipment necessary. Not much space needed.
