Description
A fast, intense and highly effective 8‑minute back‑strength routine designed to build endurance, stability and functional power. This session targets the full chain of back muscles — upper, middle, lower and deep stabilizers — in a clean, logical sequence that delivers maximum effect in minimum time.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach shows each exercise, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a classic pro‑gym style routine: simple, tough and extremely efficient.
If you need extra rest, pause briefly and continue when ready — but the long‑term goal is to complete the full 8 minutes without stopping. Strong back, strong posture, strong movement.
