Description
A fast, technical and highly focused 10‑minute routine built to sharpen your kickboxing fundamentals. This session includes clean, essential striking mechanics — punches, kicks, footwork and transitions — allowing you to refine your technique, activate your body and improve your overall combat‑sport performance.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach shows each drill, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a classic technical session: compact, efficient and perfect when you want to work clean mechanics without long breaks.
Stay sharp, keep your guard tight, and focus on precision. If you need a short rest, pause and continue when ready — but aim to complete the full 10 minutes smoothly and with good form.
