A demanding upgrade in both technical refinement and physical endurance — the point where your striking begins to look controlled, powerful and consistently stable even under fatigue.

Step 4 continues the repeat‑with‑the‑coach format: you follow Jarkko Jussila through every technical round in real time, while the strength‑support block by Maksim Artichevsky challenges your structure, stamina and force transfer. The session is longer, denser and more complex than the previous steps — exactly what an Intermediate Skilled athlete needs to break through the plateau.

This workout introduces more advanced coordination patterns, longer striking sequences, sharper defensive transitions and higher‑intensity strength work. Nothing here is “simple”: the technical schemes require attention, rhythm control and the ability to maintain clean mechanics under load.

You should begin Step 4 only after you can confidently complete Steps 1–3 with stable technique and without losing structure. And you should move to Step 5 only when you can perform the entire arsenal of Step 4 with precision, endurance and consistent quality.
