Step 6 is built for those who already possess stable mechanics, strong coordination, and the ability to maintain technical clarity under sustained load. Here you train side‑by‑side with Jarkko Jussila through the most demanding technical rounds of the entire series, while the strength block by Maksim Artichevsky reinforces power transfer, shoulder endurance and whole‑body stability at an advanced level.
This session challenges your rhythm control, precision under fatigue, defensive transitions, and the ability to keep your structure intact during longer, more complex striking sequences. If you have completed Steps 1–5 with discipline and attention to detail, you will feel how everything you’ve built comes together here — sharper mechanics, stronger body, cleaner timing, and a new level of confidence.
