Description
The second session in the Basic Combination Builder series — a focused workout designed to further develop your ability to work confidently and efficiently with punching combinations.
This training builds on the foundation established in Step 1, increasing the speed, density and technical complexity of your combinations. You continue in a follow‑the‑coach format, repeating each round together with the instructor to refine transitions, improve rhythm control, and maintain clean mechanics as the tempo rises.
Although this is a pair‑work session, it can also be performed solo — making it a versatile tool for both athletes and coaches. For trainers, this session serves as another ready‑made lesson for teaching and reinforcing basic punching combinations with progressive difficulty.
Step 2 challenges your ability to stay structured under higher pace, link punches more fluidly, and maintain accuracy while fatigue builds. Proceed to this session only after you have fully mastered Step 1 and can perform all technical and physical tasks with confidence.
