A structured two‑session training program designed to develop the essential skill of working confidently and efficiently with basic punching combinations.
This set includes two progressive workouts, each focused on building clean transitions, stable mechanics, rhythm control and the ability to maintain technique as the tempo increases. The technical arsenal and physical workload are carefully selected to form the correct motor patterns required for effective series work.
You train in a follow‑the‑coach format, repeating each round together with the instructor. Both sessions can be performed in pair work or solo mode, making the set suitable for athletes training at home as well as for coaches looking for ready‑made combination‑training lessons.
We recommend completing the workouts in order:
- Master Step 1 first — build the foundation of combination flow.
- Then move to Step 2, where speed, density and complexity increase.
Once you have mastered both sessions, you can repeat them in any order to reinforce your skills and focus on areas where you feel less confident. This flexible structure helps accelerate progress and deepen technical understanding.
