This training uses continuous bodyweight flow, explosive drills and coordination patterns inspired by Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, MMA and Muay Thai. You move without long pauses, developing real fight‑ready conditioning while naturally improving technique.

Use it as a full standalone workout or as an active cross‑fit warm‑up before your main session — depending on your level and how hard you want to go today.

No equipment needed. Just your body, your focus and steady movement.
