A fast and energizing 15‑minute warm‑up that blends jump‑rope rhythm, bodyweight mobility and functional movement patterns used by professional kickboxers. This session wakes up your legs, core and coordination, preparing you for high‑intensity striking or conditioning work.
You’ll combine rope‑work bursts with dynamic drills, balance activation and full‑body flow — the same type of warm‑up athletes use to build timing, footwork and movement quality before serious training.
This session is presented in a demonstration format: the coach just shows each exercise, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. Perfect for athletes who prefer to control their own pace and stay fully focused on technique.
