Description
A calm, focused and effective 15‑minute stretching routine designed to release tension, improve mobility and prepare your body for smoother movement. This session includes simple but powerful flexibility drills used by professional kickboxers to maintain healthy joints, relaxed muscles and clean technique.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach just shows each stretch, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. The pace is steady and unhurried — perfect for recovery days, warm‑ups, cool‑downs or anytime you need to reset your body.
Suitable for all levels: Novice, Skilled and PRO. Just breathe, relax and let your body open up.
