This session continues the development of partner-based work within the Slow Fighting Method, moving into the Skilled Beginner tier. At this stage, the training introduces a wider range of hand and body techniques, requiring greater precision, softness, and control in interaction with a partner.
You will practice maintaining continuous flow while applying more detailed movement patterns, learning to coordinate structure, timing, and sensitivity in real time. The drills emphasize refined body mechanics, gentle redirection, and accurate positioning — all essential for progressing toward higher-level partner work.
A training partner is required, as the core of this session is built around two‑person interaction and responsive movement.
