A new stage in developing sharper, more efficient and more coordinated punching mechanics — the point where your technique begins to look and feel truly skilled.

This session continues the full‑length repeat‑with‑the‑coach format: every drill is demonstrated, every round is timed, and you follow Jarkko Jussila in real time. The structure remains clear and progressive, but the complexity of movement, rhythm and control increases noticeably.

Step 3 builds directly on the foundations of Steps 1 and 2. The progression is deliberate: previously learned motor patterns are reinforced while new layers of precision, timing, stability and power generation are added. Special strength‑support exercises by Maksim Artichevsky help you stabilize the body, transfer force more efficiently and maintain technical quality under fatigue.

This training is suitable for Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, K‑1, MMA, Sambo and other striking‑based disciplines. It is designed for a Skilled Beginner level — the point where fundamentals are already solid, and the athlete is ready for more demanding coordination and technical refinement.

You should begin Step 3 only after you can confidently complete Steps 1 and 2 with high technical quality. And you should move to Step 4 only when you can perform the entire arsenal of Step 3 cleanly, consistently and without breaking structure.
