28 minutes of intense punching training. This is the STEP 5 in  mastering the subtleties of punching techniques.

Description

The fifth step of the program marks the transition into Skilled Advanced territory — a level where your striking mechanics must already be stable, coordinated and efficient enough to handle complex combinations and higher‑intensity work without breaking structure.

This session continues the follow‑the‑coach format: you train directly with Jarkko Jussila through every technical round, refining precision, timing and the ability to maintain clean form under increasing load. The strength block by Maksim Artichevsky complements the technical work, reinforcing the power chain, shoulder endurance and whole‑body stability required for advanced punching performance.

Step 5 introduces longer striking sequences, more demanding rhythm changes, sharper defensive transitions and a noticeably higher density of work. This is not an entry‑level session — it assumes you have fully mastered Steps 1–4 and can perform them with consistent quality from start to finish.

Move to Step 6 only when you can complete this workout confidently, without losing structure, tempo or technical clarity.
