Description
This is the fourth session in the series of solo preparatory trainings of the Slow Fighting Method — and the first session of the new level: Skilled.
Although it remains a solo practice, this stage marks a clear progression beyond the Novice level. Here you begin integrating technique into your movement: fundamental strikes, basic kicks, and simple combinations. The focus is on maintaining structure, precision, and fluid transitions while learning how technique grows naturally from correct body mechanics. This session builds the technical base you will need for the Skilled Intermediate and Skilled Advanced levels.
