Description
A fast, dynamic and highly effective 15‑minute warm‑up designed to activate your whole body and sharpen your coordination before intense training. This session combines jump‑rope work, reaction drills and tennis‑ball exercises — the same tools used by professional kickboxers to develop rhythm, timing, footwork and hand‑eye precision.
This training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach just shows each exercise, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a classic pro‑gym style warm‑up that builds focus, speed and movement quality from the very first minutes.
Perfect before Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, MMA, Muay Thai or any high‑intensity workout.
If you need extra rest — take it. If you feel the rhythm — keep going. Stay light, stay sharp.
