Description
A compact, intense and highly effective 8‑minute routine designed to build leg endurance, balance and functional strength. This session includes a series of clean, targeted exercises used by professional kickboxers to develop stable footwork, strong hips and powerful lower‑body control.
The training is presented in a demonstration format: the coach shows each exercise, and you perform it independently, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s a fast, focused routine that challenges your legs without requiring much space — perfect before striking sessions or as a standalone conditioning block.
Work with precision, stay balanced, keep your guard up. If you need a short rest, pause and continue when ready — but aim to complete the full 8 minutes smoothly and with clean technique.
