Slow Fighting Method — Pair Training 1
This is the first partner‑based session of the Slow Fighting Method. It introduces controlled two‑person work designed to develop smoothness, continuity, and sensitivity in movement while interacting with a partner.
You will learn how to stay relaxed, connected, and responsive as you move together, maintaining flow instead of resistance. Alongside partner drills, the session also includes individual movement practice, which can be performed solo or directly mirrored with your partner to deepen coordination and internal awareness.
This training builds the essential foundation for all future partner work in the Slow Fighting Method.
Partner training in the Slow Fighting Method begins at Novice Advanced, as this stage ensures the practitioner already has the structural stability and movement quality required for safe and effective two‑person work. After this entry point, all partner sessions transition directly into the Skilled level, where interaction, timing, and flow become the primary focus.
