We recommend that you begin this workout only after you are able to fully complete the previous workouts (step 1, step 2). This is due to the fact that the development and consolidation of motor skills is based on a sequential training scheme presented in these steps.
The workout contains quality exercises that develop the right skills needed for striking technique. A clear structure is built up and special motor skills are developed that increase the effectiveness of the fist technique.

I recommend moving on to the next step only when you are able to complete this training in its entirety and perform its entire technical arsenal with high quality.
