Description

With this lesson, we begin to learn the basic elements of the Shaolin fist. It is called Shaolin Quan in Chinese. This training is for beginners only. Then don’t worry if you’ve never studied Shaolin style before! This is just for you!

Recommendation:

Repeat the movements diligently. Try to perform them as closely as possible to what you see on the screen. You can check yourself in front of a mirror.

We strongly recommend to move on the next INTERMEDIATE level only when you are able to do everything from this lesson efficiently and easily.

Remember – if you need any additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume when you will be ready.

Don’t forget to consult your doctor before training.
