The next structured, follow‑along session designed to deepen your punching mechanics, refine coordination and elevate striking efficiency to the next level.
This workout continues the full‑length repeat‑with‑the‑coach format: every round is timed, every drill is demonstrated, and you follow Jarkko Jussila in real time. The structure remains clear and progressive, but the technical and physical demands increase — exactly as they should at this stage.
Step 2 builds upon the motor patterns developed in Step 1. The progression is intentional: each drill reinforces previously learned mechanics while adding new layers of precision, rhythm, stability and power transfer. Special strength‑support exercises by Maksim Artichevsky complement the technical work, helping you generate cleaner, sharper and more controlled punches.
This session is suitable for Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, K‑1, MMA, Sambo and other striking‑based disciplines. It is designed for a Novice Advanced level — accessible, but requiring solid fundamentals from Step 1.
You should begin Step 2 only after you can confidently complete Step 1 with high technical quality. And you should move to Step 3 only when you can perform the entire arsenal of Step 2 cleanly and consistently.
