A focused 15‑minute warm‑up designed to prepare your whole body for high‑intensity training. This session includes dynamic mobility, joint activation, light cardio flow and sport‑specific movement patterns used in Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, MMA and Muay Thai.
This is a PRO‑style warm‑up: the coach just demonstrates each exercise, and you perform it on your own, following the on‑screen list and timing. It’s simple, effective and perfect for athletes who prefer to control their own pace.
Use this warm‑up before any striking, conditioning or strength session — or as a quick standalone routine to wake up the body.
If you need extra rest, take it. If you feel ready to push harder, go for it. Just keep moving.
