Description

The second lesson in a series of advanced punching combinations. This is a special workout to improve serial skills at a fairly high level. The training emphasizes the quality motor skills necessary for effective series work.
Remember that a paired workout is always a two-person workout. Therefore, always be attentive and calm.

This is a pair workout, but it can also be done solo.

Move on to this  step only after you are able to complete the first lesson lesson in its entirety.
