Description
A training set consisting of two lessons aimed at practicing basic punching combinations. A specially selected technical arsenal and physical exercises are the key to forming the correct motor skills necessary for effective series work.
We recommend to perform the training in order. Once you have thoroughly mastered the first lesson, move on to the second.
Once you have mastered the entire set, you can combine and perform the workouts in any order you like. This will further improve and consolidate your skills.
We recommend that you pay more attention to those workouts where you feel less confident.
This is the pair workouts. But you can also do them by solo.
Consult your physician before you go through the workout.
