This workout has been specially developed for those who learn Baguazhang style, one of the internal martial arts.
It’s called ” BAGUAZHANG 5th PALM + ABS” workout, since it allows to face at the same time such challenges as to develop one of the Eight basic palms – the Moon Embracing Palm (抱月掌 bao yue zhang) – and to get 6-pack abs.
We highly recommend: for more efficient performance and better results, you should master the shaping of this palm – the Moon Embracing Palm (抱月掌 bao yue zhang).
This workout is going not to be easy, so remember – if you need any additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume once your muscles have had a chance to briefly recover and you feel you are ready to move on.
