A structured, follow‑along striking session designed to build clean, efficient and powerful fist technique across all major combat sports.

This workout follows the new full‑length repeat‑with‑the‑coach format: every round is timed, every drill is demonstrated, and you simply follow Jarkko Jussila in real time. Clear structure, precise pacing and complete execution — exactly what you need to develop reliable striking mechanics.

The session focuses on fundamental motor patterns that directly improve punching efficiency: alignment, coordination, power transfer, stability and technical endurance. Special strength‑support exercises selected by Maksim Artichevsky reinforce the mechanics you build during the technical rounds, helping you strike faster, cleaner and with better control.

This training is suitable for athletes of Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, K‑1, MMA, Sambo and other striking‑based disciplines. It is designed for a Novice level, but requires focus and attention to detail.
