This session represents the high stage of partner‑based training within the Skilled tier. At this point, the practice becomes significantly more complex and variable.
You will work with expanded hand and body mechanics, developing the ability to maintain continuous flow while executing more demanding patterns of interaction. This session also introduces leg involvement, adding new layers of coordination, timing, and structural awareness to your partner work.
The drills focus on fine‑tuned sensitivity, clean redirection, and advanced control, preparing you for the technical and tactical demands of the PRO level. A training partner is required, as the entire session is built around responsive, high‑level two‑person interaction.
