Training to improve the skills of fist sports technique. Training is perfect for most types of combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, wushu sanda, k-1, mma, sambo, etc.
The workout contains quality exercises that develop the right skills needed for striking technique. A clear structure is built up and special motor skills are developed that increase the effectiveness of the fist technique.
