This workout is designed to develop and improve kicking skills. 10 minutes of various technique will allow you to load your body hard enough and work out your technical arsenal with high quality. Let’s do it!

If you need more additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume once your muscles have had a chance to briefly recover and you feel you are ready to move on.

But always remember that the goal is ultimately for you to be able to easily perform this 8 minutes back workout.
