Description
Active warm-up workout is 30 minutes of balanced work, which includes an exceptional set of other specially selected exercises that perfectly develop cardio endurance, increase strength and improve skills in such conditions of combatsport as Kickboxing, Wushu Sanda, MMA, Muay Thai and sports with percussion techniques.
This workout can be either an absolutely full session or an active cross-fit warm-up before the main part. Depends on the level of training and the quality of the student.
For this workout, you do not need any additional equipment.
Remember: If you need any additional time to rest – take it! Just don’t quit!
