This lesson is the middle of our step by step workout plan – from novice to PRO – that you need to get 6-pack abs.
Carefully selected ab exercises let you to hit every function of the abs in the right sequence.
You can do them in little space without needing any special equipment. Just your own bodyweight and nothing else.
There are 7 exercises, each is to be performed for 30 seconds apiece, with the rest between every exercise. But if you need any additional time to rest, you may simply press pause and resume once your muscles have had a chance to briefly recover and you feel you are ready to move on.
We highly recommend: only if you find that you can easily perform this ab workout, you can move on to the next one.
