Each of the 8 movements shown here is to be performed for 40 seconds apiece.  If you cannot last for the entire 40 seconds you may perform the exercise for as long as you can. Your rest time will simply increase between exercises. But remember, the goal is ultimately for you to be able to easily perform this 9.5 minutes ab workout.
