Description
This training set is designed for fairly advanced combat sports adepts. There is an excellent development of the necessary physical attributes, technical arsenal and the development of important skills at an advanced level. Attention is paid to important details to improve your series work.
We recommend doing the workouts one after the other. Only when you feel that you have consolidated all the necessary skills from the first lesson, only then proceed to the second lesson.
This is a pair work, which requires a person who knows how to hold the pads. Since this is a fairly high level of practice, be extremely careful when working with a partner.
