Choose your ideal resistance band level and get ready to make your core stronger, your belly flatter and your ab muscles more defined and visible!
This workout is going not to be easy – 45s work x 15s rest, so remember – if you cannot last for the entire 45 seconds you may perform the exercise for as long as you can. Your rest time will simply increase between exercises. But remember, the goal is ultimately for you to be able to easily perform this 7 minutes ab workout.
Recommendation:
1 – warm up first;
