This set includes 6 full training sessions, and each one focuses on a specific technical task. Every workout is a complete lesson that develops a particular element of punching mechanics, coordination, timing, rhythm, and physical endurance. With each step, the complexity of the striking technique increases, as does the overall physical load — giving you a clear, logical progression from Novice to Skilled level.

You are recommended to go through the workouts strictly in order, carefully studying and practicing all technical tasks. Only when you can confidently complete one step with high quality should you move on to the next.
At the same time, you can freely repeat any of the completed steps in any order — this helps reinforce your skills and improve weaker areas. We especially recommend revisiting those workouts where you feel less confident — this is where the fastest progress happens.
This set is ideal for home training: you don’t need much space, and each session is designed to be followed directly with the coach.
