Slow Fighting Method — Solo Set 1
This solo set introduces the essential movement principles of the Slow Fighting Method. It is designed to develop smoothness, continuity, and internal coordination — the qualities that form the foundation of all partner work in this system.
The set consists of five progressively structured training sessions. Each session builds on the previous one, gradually increasing complexity and refining your ability to move without tension, maintain structural alignment, and transition seamlessly between positions. Together, these five sessions provide everything you need to establish the core skills required for the next training level.
Through slow, controlled, and mindful solo practice, you learn to generate uninterrupted movement, improve balance and rhythm, and cultivate the internal habits that make the Slow Fighting Method effective. Even without a partner, you begin forming the sensitivity and flow that later become essential in two‑person practice.
By completing this set, you develop a solid technical base that prepares you for more advanced work and the introduction of partner‑based training.

- Training 2 (Solo) — 6 min: focuses on developing the essential structures and positions that form the foundation of all future practice.
- Training 3 (Solo) — 6 min: It continues the development of structure and positions while introducing softness and wave‑like body movement.
- Training 4 (Solo)— 8 min: here you begin integrating technique into your movement
- Training 5 (Solo) — 8 min: alongside technical strikes and combinations, we begin working with more complex footwork and transitional movement.
